Quality My daughters 2nd birthday party,she loved the pink puppies so much and the balloon had to be her favorite. Im sure she would have gone to bed with it if I would have let her. Design and quality were very good.price wasn't bad but im always looking for more bang to my buck.but I did get free shipping so A plus.
