Quality I was impressed with how these balloons were packaged and labeled. They were mixed together and a label was used to reassure me that I was looking at brown balloons, even though they looked black.

Quality I love these balloons. When you get the balloons, the brown ones look black but they really are brown. You can't tell until you get them blown up.
